With the introduction of Basecamp you now have two options for authentication when signing in to the Rimo3 platform.
Sign in with Microsoft – Authenticate via your organization using your Entra Id
Sign in using Email – Continue to use your Rimo3 credentials which have been migrated to Basecamp. (Multifactor Authentication is now mandatory for all users when signing in with your Rimo3 credentials).
Basecamp is your starting point for accessing your workspace(s), formerly Tenants, and other Rimo3 products via the waffle and ribbon menus. From either menu you can:
Users with Admin rights to one or more workspaces can now manage their assigned workspaces and the associated users from Basecamp
Currently, from the Workspaces screen you can access and manage the users assigned to the workspace. More Workspace management capabilities will become available in future releases.
On the Users screen you can invite new users to any workspace managed by you and manage any user who is assigned to a workspace managed by you.
Inviting new users is now done via email only, you can add existing users to workspaces via this method too
It is also possible to manage a user’s access to any workspace managed by you on the Edit access screen which allows you to grant/revoke access to workspaces, change a user’s role within a workspace or disable a user’s account.
