Sign-in Options
With the introduction of Basecamp you now have two options for authentication when signing in to the Rimo3 platform.
Sign in with Microsoft – Authenticate via your organization using your Entra Id
Sign in using Email – Continue to use your Rimo3 credentials which have been migrated to Basecamp. (Multifactor Authentication is now mandatory for all users when signing in with your Rimo3 credentials).
Accessing Your Workspace(s) and Other Rimo3 Products
Basecamp is your starting point for accessing your workspace(s), formerly Tenants, and other Rimo3 products via the waffle and ribbon menus. From either menu you can:
- Directly access key dashboards and pages of your assigned Rimo3 workspace(s)
- Launch the Rimo3 Patch Catalog
- Access Intune Clarity (click here for more information)
Manage Workspaces & Users (Admins only)
Users with Admin rights to one or more workspaces can now manage their assigned workspaces and the associated users from Basecamp
Workspace Management
Currently, from the Workspaces screen you can access and manage the users assigned to the workspace. More Workspace management capabilities will become available in future releases.
User Management
On the Users screen you can invite new users to any workspace managed by you and manage any user who is assigned to a workspace managed by you.
Inviting new users is now done via email only, you can add existing users to workspaces via this method too
It is also possible to manage a user’s access to any workspace managed by you on the Edit access screen which allows you to grant/revoke access to workspaces, change a user’s role within a workspace or disable a user’s account.
Accessing the Latest Information from Rimo3
From the Basecamp landing page, you now have access to:
- The latest product release information
- Search knowledge and support articles
- Watch and read the latest videos and blogs from Rimo3
