Why is Rimo3 changing its name to WorkspaceDNA? The platform has evolved far beyond migration into a comprehensive platform for workspace intelligence, validation, and transformation. The new name reflects what we do now: helping organizations understand, validate, automate, secure, and continuously improve the DNA of their digital workspaces.
What's actually changing? It's more than a rebrand: it marks a new era for the business, following a restructuring under a new US-based parent organization with an initial round of new capital for growth. The platform pairs next-generation AI with human-in-the-loop validation, so analysis happens in real time while your team stays in control.
Is WorkspaceDNA the same company as Rimo3?

Yes. Same company, same people, and the same trusted products—now unified under the WorkspaceDNA platform. Change360, Patch360, Boost360, Clarity360, and ATP360 continue as core platform capabilities, with enhanced automation, deeper integration, and AI-powered automation available for organizations that want to accelerate validation and decision-making while maintaining full control of their environment.

 
What's behind the change?

A restructuring that positioned the company for its next phase: WorkspaceDNA now operates under a new US-based parent organization, backed by an initial round of new investment from one of our existing investors, who increased their commitment after seeing the direction of the company and the scale of the opportunity ahead.

That funding is accelerating our investment in AI, product development, and go-to-market expansion. In short: the change reflects growth, and there's more to come.
When does the change take effect? The WorkspaceDNA brand launches publicly on July 15, 2026. From that date, the company, platform, and website operate under the new name.
Do customers need to take any action? For most customers, no. Your service, support, and products continue uninterrupted. If anything specific applies to your region or agreement, we'll contact you directly.
Will pricing, contracts, or support change? No. Your existing agreements, pricing, and support remain in place. Where administrative details change — for example, for customers in the UK and EU — we'll contact you directly with everything you need.
What happens to existing Rimo3 emails, links, and documentation? We're moving everything to the WorkspaceDNA brand and domain. Update saved links to WorkspaceDNA.com; older Rimo3 addresses will guide you to the new destination.
What will I notice day-to-day?

Mostly the name and the look. The WorkspaceDNA brand will appear across the website, the product, communications, and support. Your logins, your workflows, and the way you work stay exactly the same. 
What happens to the Rimo3 legacy?

The reputation, expertise, and customer relationships built as Rimo3 remain at the heart of who we are. WorkspaceDNA is the next chapter of that same story, not a departure from it.
What does "the DNA of the digital workspace" actually mean? Every workspace has a unique makeup: its applications, endpoints, dependencies, and configurations, across every operating system and environment. WorkspaceDNA reads that makeup in real time, so you can surface risk and validate change before it reaches the business.
