 Complete the form on our microsite. Based on your needs (e.g., >100 endpoints or >10 apps), you'll be segmented and assigned to an automated onboarding track.

Is this a free trial? If so, what is the duration?

Yes. The program is completely free for 2 months from the date of activation.  

Is there a max number of apps?

No, there is no limit.

When does the 2-month term begin, and how soon can I get started after signing up?

The 2-month term begins once you accept the Rimo3 EULA. You’ll receive credentials within 48 business hours.

Will I have an account manager or onboarding support to help me get started and answer questions?

Yes. Program participants will have access to a regional Customer Solutions Engineer, along with the Rimo3 knowledge base and video library. 

Can multiple team members access the program, or is it limited to one user?

Yes. Participants will be given a Rimo3 administrator account which allows adding other users as needed.

Participants can export their data at any time. For standard customers, data is retained for 30 days and can be requested within that period.

At the end of the trial, you can renew directly via the Marketplace or request a quote from your channel partner. Rimo3 sales or your customer solutions engineer can assist you with the transition. 

Is my data secure during the migration testing process?
